Alternatively, do work with millions of freelancers, but they typically focus on low cost as a selling point for clients, meaning freelancers must bid against each other for work by offering the lowest price possible. This means that the freelancer who bids the lowest may not be the best designer for the client project. That type of environment doesn’t necessarily facilitate a great finished product. Fiviral and  do offer a higher volume of candidates, but be aware that they don’t vet network members as thoroughly or at all, so you may not know what you’re getting. Toptal’s screening process probably makes it your best option for finding the best candidate fast.
